The Energy Reset begins with a live, 75 minute, online training for ambitious, multi-tasking women who are busy juggling all the balls and who often feel overstretched and unable to recharge and reboot.
In The Energy Reset we’ll go beyond nutrition. I’ll shine a light on some of the missing pieces of the health puzzle so you can break free from the cycle of stress, overwhelm and exhaustion and rediscover the health, energy & vitality to fully enjoy the success you've worked so hard to achieve.
But The Energy Reset doesn't the minute the Zoom training is over! There's also an individual 45 minute 121 follow up call and additional resources to support you in taking the steps you need to change your energy story for life.
The follow up call is a game-changer, without this additional support it could be oh-so-easy to attend the group session and have all the best intentions but slip very quickly back into old (comfortable, but not very helpful) patterns!

There are no prerequisites for this workshop but you may wish to treat yourself to a pretty journal to make notes during the workshop and record your journey in the weeks that follow.

The short answer here is no.
The slightly longer answer is that many people already feel they spend too much time scrolling online and in particular on social media.
To counteract the exhausting, always-on nature of social media, I would love to encourage you to spend more time offline.
Additionally, studies show that social media can have an adverse impact on mental health and may increase anxiety, depression and lead to low self-esteem. Whilst this isn't true for everyone, I felt that on balance a Facebook group would not be aligned with purpose The Energy Reset.
