The idea of eating 100 different plants in a week might sound intimidating at first, but when you break it down, you’ll see it’s much more achievable than you think. Think about all the fruits, veggies, herbs, grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes that are out there – there are so many possibilities!

Take a moment to think about the plant-based foods you already enjoy. These might be your go-to fruits, veggies, or grains. The chances are, you’ve been eating a lot of them already. You might be surprised how many of these will count towards your 100-plant goal!

Add Something New Every Day

Try to experiment with something new each day. Maybe it’s a different fruit or vegetable you haven’t tried before, or a new grain you’ve been meaning to explore. Don’t stress about it – just have fun with it! It could be something simple, like trying a new type of leafy green or a different variety of apple.

Mix Up Your Grains and Legumes

Grains and legumes are a great way to add variety. Swap your cous cous for quinoa or millet. Experiment with different beans in your soups and salads. You’ll be surprised at how many types of beans, lentils, and grains are out there waiting to be enjoyed.
