Tomato ketchup

Oh so easy to make and contains absolutely no added sugar.


200g tomatoes* - roughly chopped

1 onion - roughly chopped

1-2 cloves garlic - chopped or minced

Pinch freshly ground black pepper

Tiny pinch of pink Himalayan salt

*the riper the tomatoes the better the overall flavour will be


Blender or food processor


Place all of the ingredients into a small saucepan and heat gently.

When the tomatoes have started to breakdown and soften turn up the heat slightly and cook until most of the moisture has evaporated.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool until the temperature can be tolerated by your blender.

Blend until smooth and it's ready to enjoy.
