Spiced cauliflower

A super simple yet incredibly tasty dish incorporating the healing properties of turmeric.


1 cauliflower – sliced into 3 - 4 thick slices

1-2 teaspoons coconut oil

1-2 teaspoons ground turmeric

1-2 teaspoons smoked paprika

Pinch of freshly ground black pepper


Oven tray


Rub the cauliflower with a little coconut oil

Sprinkle the spices all over the cauliflower and gently rub into the coconut oil

Bake for 35 – 40 minutes at 180 degrees, turning halfway through

Break the slices into florets and you’re ready to serve!
