Maca-mocha-cino


A nutritious, delicious way to get a natural, caffeine free energy boost! This is the perfect alternative to a regular cappucino.

Ingredients


20g cashew nuts

1 date, chopped into small pieces

1 teaspoon maca powder

1/2 - 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder

250mls hot water

Equipment


A high power blender is needed

Method


Place all of the ingredients into the jug of your blender and blitz until smooth.


Pour through a tea strainer to catch any small pieces of date that haven't been blended in.


If still warm enjoy immediately otherwise reheat gently in a small pan.
